摘要：為響應國家"疾病防治重心前移"及"自主自律、健康生活"建設要求，針對現有中醫健康干預方法種類繁多、評價體系不完善、難以實現規?；瘧玫钠款i問題，開展健康狀態干預及管理技術系統的研究。以手機端APP為采集工具，以后端管理平臺為技術依托，設計一套將個人主動健康管理和被動干預相結合的中醫智能化健康管理平臺。應用該平臺，能夠為中醫臨床療效評價提供有效的智能化研究工具，高效進行健康管理，提升信息收集效率。

Abstract：In response to the requirements of the nation\'s "disease prevention and center of gravity forward "and "autonomous self-discipline and healthy life "construction, the research on health state intervention and management technology system was carried out in response to the bottleneck problem. Based on the mobile phone app as an acquisition tool and the hind-end management platform as a technology basis, a set of TCM smart health management platforms that combines personal active health management and passive intervention is designed. Applying this platform is able to provide an effective smart research tool for clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, perform health management efficiently and improve the efficiency of information collection.
