多氟芳烴官能團化羥吲哚的合成

摘要:羥吲哚作為一類重要的雜環結構普遍存在于許多藥物、農用化學品和天然產物中。本文利用鈀催化烯烴串聯的胺甲酰氯與多氟芳烴的串聯環化反應實現多種多氟芳烴官能團化羥吲哚類化合物的合成。通過對不同反應條件的篩選得出最優反應條件。此外,底物范圍探索表明反應具有較好的底物適應性和官能團兼容性,并以25~91%的產率合成出多種多氟芳烴官能團化羥吲哚。此合成方法的發展為多氟芳烴官能團化羥吲哚的合成提供新的思路和方法。

Synthesis of polyfluoroarene-containing oxindoles
Abstract:Oxindoles represent a class of fused heterocyclic motifs found universally in numerous pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and natural products. Herein we reported a palladium-catalyzed cascade cyclizations of alkene-tethered carbamoyl chlorides with polyfluoroarenes, which provided a new way to synthesize various polyfluoroarene-containing oxindoles. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by screening various reaction conditions. This reaction has good substrate adaptability and functional group compatibility, and a variety of polyfluoroarene-containing oxindoles were synthesized in 25~91% yields. The development of this synthesis methodology provides a new idea for the synthesis of polyfluoroarene-containing oxindoles.
